Over all good stay amazing good .. Really worth staying at Citymax Hotel. My kind request — we had to wait for 2 hours to check in. I was with my child, so it was quite difficult to stay in the lobby area for so long. In the future, please consider arranging some kids’ activities, light snacks, or a small resting area for children. All the staff were excellent, and the food was amazing. Special thanks to the kitchen team. .

Visit to Dubai after retirement, and to celebrate my birthday on 5/10/2025. I had three days of wonderful experiences. A visit to the environs of Kings palace, public beach, the dinners during desert tour and dhow cruise, and I privately visited Dubai Mall. I will live to remember these experiences.. .

holidaying in Dubai. The location is ideal as its very close to the airport. Its quite a busy hotel, with lots of traffic in the lobby. The rooms are quite clean, linen, washroom etc clean. The rooms are quite small if sharing, but ok if you are on your own. I would say its great value for money. There is a mall close by. .

Not a good night experience. Not at all good staff was not at all helpful. I faced issues with my bed as the mattress was broken and asked staff to fix it instead of replacing it they just reversed it and replied this should work also we don't have a replacement I don't think this is the way to deal with a guest staying for 5 days.. .

Rude and dishonest. A complete scam. Avoid at all costs.. Rude and dishonest. They ignore your calls and then charge you a fake late fee. Manager is hostile and unprofessional. A complete scam. Avoid at all costs.. .

Bad experience. So bad services , the TV is not working, the remote control is broken , the water is not clean , the smell of the shower gel is so bad , i think it's expired, the smell of the new towels is so bad , the food is not good , the receptionists are not helpful, self service is the considered route. The prices is so high and not suitable for families because all the nights you will hear shouting of girls making love .. The night club and the bar are full of street girls and these girls make love in the hotel.. You can't sleep .. It was so bad experience and it's the worst hotel i have visited.. .

Great stay. It was a wonderful experience while staying in this hotel. From the time we checked in everything was very smooth except the pool. As saying first impression is the best impression Nandu from front office is doing a tremendous job. He was very friendly and asking for our needs. Even the lobby was fully crowded he is very calm and dealing with the guest in proper manner without any tiredness. He need to be rewarded. Everything was fine but the lifegaurd was rude. He was watching us the time we came to the pool side but he did not approached us but when we start to enter the pool he blow the whistle and calling that there are some rules that need to be followed and before entering you need to check with the lifegaurd for that. First time i am hearing that we need to report to the lifegaurd as I saw everywhere lifegaurd or pool attendant will come to the guest which i feel little unfair. Rest everything was fine.. .
