Great business hotel. Travelled for business and had a pleasant and smooth stay. Location was good, worked great to get there both with taxi and with metro as well as an easy walk to DIFC. Room clean with Ok city views. Service was also good and I liked the breakfast.. .

It was an unforgettable stay. Everything was absolutely amazing and beyond expectations! The room was spacious and spotless, the breakfast was incredibly varied and delicious, and perfect. The service and hospitality were exceptional — truly outstanding in every way!. The only downside was the location — it was very crowded, and it took quite a long time to enter and exit the hotel area, especially during working hours..

Executive Lounge staff top notch!. I had a lovely stay at Jumeriah Emirates tower. Although I will start with a gripe - I used an external laundry service (because I have to say, the hotel charges are extortionate). when they were returning it, they were running late and I wasn’t at the hotel. I asked concierge if they could hang on to it, or let them leave it outside my room. This was met with a point blank no. This was very disappointing as it meant the laundry company wasted their time and I didn’t get my much needed laundry! Having stayed here for 3 weeks I would have hoped holding on to a bag of laundry was the least they could do.
Despite that, the service in the Club Executive Lounge was delightful. Sujata, Maria and Laxmi always provided such happy and efficient service! Bringing my morning coffee without even having to ask and remembering my Omlette order! Highly recommended them!. .
