Enjoyed our stay. This is a very nice hotel in downtown Dubai. It is located opposite the Museum of the Future and a short walking distance from DIFC.
The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The staff at the hotel are friendly and are willing to help with any questions that you have.. .

Horrible Experience at this hotel !!. One of the worst hotels you will ever see in Dubai, except for the location everything else was bad. Services are very poor, the food was lousy, and the Roomsathrooms were very dirty. Imagine even the towels in the bathroom was dirty and torn out, with thread lines coming out of it. Prices of the food was very expensive for no reason and my experience with the check in and check out was horrendous. Therefore, I shall never recommend such hotels in the future.. .

Lovely experience and. Cappuccino is truly one of the best cafés on Sheikh Zayed Road! It has a cozy ambiance with a beautiful view of the Museum of the Future, making it a perfect spot to unwind. Their high tea is delightful, and the food and coffee are simply top-notch — they’re true coffee specialists. Highly recommended by Ojal for anyone who loves great taste and relaxing vibes! ☕✨. .

One of the Best Evenings on SZR. Had the best experience at Cappuccino! The place has such a warm and cozy atmosphere, perfect for coffee lovers or anyone wanting to relax with a beautiful Museum of the Future view. Not a 5-star hotel. Old hotel, with poor maintenance. It probably used to be a 5-star hotel in the past as it claims itself to be, but not anymore. Hotel staff is almost always very helpful, but didn't provide all the available information at first.. .

pathetic customer experience. 1. They ask customers to pay upfront for in-room dining
2. they forgot to give me the bill/receipt for it
3. When I called them about it the next day, the guys told me I should have asked the housekeeping giy for it, and that they can't give me a bill post facto
4. I had to make repeated calls and visits to the Concierge
5. Repeated promises were made to me about getting the bill delivered to me within minutes, but nothing!
6. Finally, after two days of trying, I was told that all receipts get sent to Finance daily.
So, they can't give me any copy. They said (on a Friday night) that they will email it to me by Monday. I am quite sure that too isn't going to happen.. .
