Abu and his colleagues made our stay special. We had a really good time at the hotel, because Abu and the whole staff was always friendly and helpful. The food was very delicious, especially at dinner. The hotel has a great location, supermarket, mall and metro are 5 min walk away.. .

Wonderful experience and warm Hospitality. We had a wonderful stay at the Novotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Amazing. My stay at Novotel Deira Creekside was amazing ! From the moment I arrived, the hotel felt warm and welcoming. Amazing stay and great service. I had an absolutely lovely time staying at Novotel Deira Creekside. The whole team is so accommodating and the service is amazing! I am happy with Ms. Jun and. Ms. Jyoti. To be honest I have went to 3 more five star hotel in dubai, but actually here it's first time. And I wanna tell that the Ms.JUN is good professional and loyalty to her work and she helped us a lot those 6 days in this hotel and to tell about MS. JYOTI she made her customer service very well please don't let her from here Iam telling for both...Iam so happy 😁😁😁😁 for them I will come again soon. .
