An elevator problem but a nice hotel. It is a nice and a litle bit older hotel. But that is no problem i think. The only bad thing are the elevators. In a 5 day stay in the hotel i have at least 5 times waited for the elevator for more than 10 minutes, and even 1 time 15 minutes! This is not normal. One time i wanted to get in after waiting for 10 minutes, the people in the elevator got very angry and one woman even panicked and screemd at me that she had claustrophobia and would get out if i would get in. Of course i did not get in and was shocked about what happened! There are 5 elevators and what i have noticed that most of the time just 2 of them i could be used. What is going on there? Is it a bad elevator management program or just cutting on electricity. The breakfast on floor 1 is the best, but you see a lot of arabian food and i hardly see no baguette there. Sometimes they have them. And some whole wheat bread would be nice too. The pool is nice and the beds are nice and soft. You get free touwels at the entrance. In the afternoon there is shade there because of the building in front of it. That is very nice. Overal a good hotel but they have to do something about the elevators.. .

A thoroughly enjoyable stay!. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Rose. The service was amazing, especially considering how many people stay there. The breakfast was great with gluten free options - always handy. The location was very good - very near to the financial district metro station which is one stop from the Dubai Mall. We did the 48 hour hop on - hop off bus tour to see the older side of Dubai as well as the beach area. The bus is air conditioned so it was great! The metro was very crowded - it felt like rush hour in London even when it was a Sunday so we ended up taking taxis which only cost a couple of pounds more - well worth it! It is really worth going to the waterfront at the Dubai Mall in the evening to see the fountain display, it is every 30 minutes and is free but you will need to get there early to be able to see, or go to one of the restaurants and see if in comfort instead. Our only very slight moan was that it could be tricky to get a lift at times. One time we waited for 10 minutes and ended up waling down 15 flights to get to breakfast instead. Not the hotels fault, you just need to allow more time to get around.. .

Accessibility. Before booking, I specifically asked whether the hotel was wheelchair accessible and was assured that it was. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I discovered that this was not the case. The facilities did not meet basic accessibility standards, which made my stay extremely difficult. I also requested a shower seat in advance, but received no response. When I followed up and asked for any type of chair to assist with bathing, I was again ignored. Throughout my stay, I received no support or acknowledgment of these requests. This experience was deeply disappointing. I’ve stayed at several hotels in Dubai and have never encountered such a lack of responsiveness or disregard for accessibility needs. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure that future guests with mobility challenges are treated with the respect and support they deserve.. .

Perfect. It was the best experience ever, from the room to the Food in the Morning, everyone made sure That you felt Good as a guest. You have such Great employees and because of them we felt really Good. I will definitevely come Back the next time i‘m i Dubai! I will Tell everyone that want‘s to Go to Dubai to Go to your hotel!
